Art of Tea guarantees that their handcrafted artisan teas will leave their facility in peak condition. If any of their products do not meet your expectations, you can contact their team within 30 days of the order delivery date for a return request to be considered. As a small business, Art of Tea is not responsible for the return shipping costs of any preference-based return and only store credit will be issued. All store credit can be applied during checkout on their online store.

For loose leaf teas, if you purchased a 4oz pouch of tea and find that you do not enjoy the blend, you can contact them for a one-time store credit. Credit will be in the amount of the item, excluding shipping charges. This policy does not apply to 1lb pouches, iced tea pouches, artisan tins, or pyramid sachets. Refunds will not be issued at this time.

For pyramid sachets, if entirely unopened and unused, any 50ct. case of pyramid sachets can be returned for store credit. They are not accepting returns of 12ct. boxes at this time.

If an item arrives damaged, you can contact them immediately to request a replacement. Photo documentation of the damaged item is required when submitting your request.

If the order was purchased via a third-party vendor, such as Amazon or Walmart, they ask that you work with those third-party vendors directly for the quickest support and resolution.

The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order. To receive free shipping within the continental US for a retail order, your order must be $60 prior to tax. Free shipping in the continental US will automatically apply to your cart when the order minimum requirement has been met.
